Overview
At Trophies Etc., many of our products are custom-made to order. Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase for non-customized items only. After 15 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Once engraving, printing, sublimation, sand-carving, or other approved custom alterations have begun, the order is considered final and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defect or error caused solely by Trophies Etc.
Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the custom nature of our products, all personalized, engraved, printed, sublimated, or sand-carved items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defect or error caused solely by Trophies Etc.
Variations in color, material texture, engraving depth, alignment, or appearance are inherent in custom manufacturing processes and do not constitute defects.
Artwork Proofs & Customer Approval
All custom products require customer approval of artwork, layout, spelling, and design prior to production.
Once artwork has been approved—whether by email, website approval, text message, or written confirmation—Trophies Etc. is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes requested after approval, including but not limited to spelling, dates, colors, layout, sizing, or design elements.
Approved artwork is considered final. Any changes requested after approval may require additional charges and may affect production timelines.
By approving artwork, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed all details and accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of the final design.

Product images, mockups, and renderings shown on this website are for illustrative and advertising purposes only.
Actual graphics shown on products are of illustration purposes based on potential customization options with varied results based on, materials, finishes, production methods, and manufacturing processes. Colors, textures, engraving depth, alignment, and final appearance may differ from images shown.
Images do not represent exact scale, size, or final layout unless explicitly stated.
Customer-Supplied Items & Assumption of Risk
Customers who provide their own items for engraving, customization, or modification acknowledge that such items are accepted at the customer’s own risk.
While Trophies Etc. takes reasonable care when working on customer-supplied items, we are not responsible for damage to items provided by the customer beyond the cost of the services performed, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Due to the nature of engraving, printing, and customization processes, results cannot be guaranteed on customer-supplied items, and inherent risks—including material defects, coatings, finishes, or prior damage—may cause unexpected outcomes.
Pricing Errors & Order Acceptance
While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing and product information, errors may occur due to typographical mistakes, system issues, or other unforeseen causes.
Trophies Etc. reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.
Submission of an order does not constitute final acceptance. Orders are considered accepted only after review and processing by Trophies Etc.
If payment has already been received for an order canceled due to a pricing error, a full refund will be issued promptly to the original method of payment.
Eligibility for Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
- Be in the original packaging
- Be returned within 15 days of purchase
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
- Custom or personalized products
- Engraved items
- Printed or sublimated products
- Vinyl lettering signs and banners
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items showing obvious signs of use
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
- Contact your bank

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us at Trophieetc@aol.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, Trophies Etc.’s liability for any claim related to a product or service shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Trophies Etc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Texas.
